Kevin Yeung

 

Kevin was born in Hong Kong and migrated to the U.S. at a young age.

 

After college, Kevin entered the culinary arena trained as a chef in a French restaurant.  However, he found his passion in Japanese cuisines.

 

Through the 40 years in F&B, Kevin had started a number of Japanese restaurants in the Mid-west, Florida, and Atlanta.  Including his own in Austin, Texas, where he assumed the role of a general contractor and developed hands on experience to build a full-service restaurant from the ground up.

 

Kevin is the 'K' in SKE and he is in charge of everything cuilinary.

 

"Cross culture integration" is what we are all about. 

 

Our niche is bringing western F&B concepts to Asia,

and Asian F&B concepts to the West.
